Green Energy Design - Fuorisalone 2008

Green Energy Design. A piece of Banyan was the installation realised by Mecanoo Architecten and Iris Ceramica: an event/space presenting a scale model of the new performing arts centre the Dutch architectural studio will be building in Taiwan starting in 2009.
Designed in accordance with the criteria of sustainable architecture, the Fuorisalone installation was covered entirely in Iris Ceramica's Victoria tiles, a product from the MA.DE collection, ANAB certified for use in building biology.
