Flooring materials certified for eco-building by ANAB

Iris Ceramica's tiles collections have been certified by ANAB as bioecological and suitable for use in sustainable architecture.
A certification which identifies the materials approved to be used in bio-ecological architecture, reserved for products which:

are made using natural and/or renewable resources
do not require an excessive amount of energy for their production
do not release substances dangerous for man or the environment

The award guidelines are based on the environmental impact of the manufacturing cycles, the durability of the material and the energy consumption required during the whole life cycle (transportation, laying, care and maintenance) and for the removal and disposal of the product.
