Italian-made Iris Ceramica tours the States

Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti are back again this year for Coverings, the most important event in North America for the tile and stone industry, in Atlanta (Georgia, USA) April 29 through May 2, 2013: the two companies’ stand presenting Italian-made ceramics will be sure to attract visitors’ attention with the Maxfine and HiLite collections, including the biggest porcelain tiles ever made.

The focus in Iris Ceramica’s exhibition space is on presentation of the HiLite collection of 300x150 cm tiles - the biggest porcelain tiles ever made – with delicate surface decorations (Patch and Cinis) or a glossy finish (Chrome) further emphasising surface ornaments. The stand also features the Terre and Moving collections: two different interpretations of more traditional ceramics. The Terre collection is inspired by the surfaces of Italy’s rural tradition, featuring new versions of traditional decorations on a porcelain surface which brings back all the charm of the rough material, marked and enhanced by time, while the Moving collection is characterised by the textures of stone, enlivened by luminous iridescence to give the material a particularly contemporary look.

Italian-made tiles by Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti are waiting for guests in Hall B+C, Booth 7447 of the Georgia World Congress Center.
