Design Food Experience: Iris 'to taste' at Fuorisalone
An innovative meeting of design, taste and materials at the Palazzo della Triennale: Iris Ceramica with Brilliant White will be the technical sponsor for the exhibition/event organised by the Lombardy Region during the Fuorisalone design week.
It has long been evident that the colour and creativity of food is equal to that of the design world. What will strike the eye of visitors to Fuorisalone 2007, are the installations at Design Food Experience, created in order to offer food not only as nourishment, but as a vehicle of symbolic and cultural messages in an explosion of Design/Food sinergy. Iris Ceramica is the technical sponsor of the event and Brilliant White will provide the setting for Design Food Experience.
During Il FuoriSalone to taste design lovers can see Giulio Cappellini at work in the kitchen, together with other leading Italian and international figures from the design world. Leading names taking part in the event include Flos, Kartell, Moroso, Alessi and Apple Computers.
