Low Energy Room: Host 2007

Low Energy Room: Host 2007

October 19-23 2007, HOST - Milan
Iris Ceramica is participating in Low Energy Room, a hotel room project that uses cutting-edge technologies to reduce operating costs and renovation times while offering guests the utmost comfort.
On exhibit at Host 2007, hall 2/stand S32.

Saving energy and using renewable energy sources.
With these aims in mind a team including architects Renata Giacomini and Alberto Pasetti under the coordination of Giacomini Concept Srl designed a hotel room that meets all the needs of modern construction.

Low Energy Room is a combination of design and technology in which every single element is designed to combine aesthetics with energy conservation, saving on operating costs.
Iris Ceramica is participating in the project with some of the best surfaces for interior design: Uni Tortora, Uni Bianco, Cocos Tortora (MA.DE collection) and White Brilliant (Brilliant collection), all ANAB certified as bio-ecological and suitable for use in sustainable architecture and building biology.
The result is an environment in which materials and elements chosen on the basis of aesthetics, quality and, above all, sustainability interact with one another to create a design of great aesthetic quality with a focus on energy savings.
