Fuorisalone 2008: 4 events by Iris Ceramica

At Fuorisalone 2008 Iris Ceramica will be all along the streets of Milanese design, on a route that starts with the very roots of design and works its way up to the contemporary world, focusing on the themes of sustainability and luxury in ceramics.

Mecanoo Architecten and Iris Ceramica are organising an event/space presenting a scale model of the new performing arts centre the Dutch architectural studio will be building in Taiwan starting in 2009.
Designed in accordance with the criteria of sustainable architecture, the Fuorisalone installation will be covered entirely in Iris Ceramica's Victoria tiles, a product from the MA.DE collection, ANAB certified for use in building biology.

Iris will be at Minotti Cucine, Number 5 Piazza Diaz, to present Shoplab™ and the the first kitchen to be designed with Iris Ceramica's UNI Tortora slabs: a linear model combining the technical qualities of Iris materials with the aesthetics of Minotti design.
