CUTTING AND HOLES
HILITE is easy to use and can easily be cut with continuous diamond disks and glass-cutting knives; special processing can be obtained with water jet cutting. Holes can be made in the HILITE sheets with tungsten tips taking care to cool them with water and to not applying pressure to the surface. We recommend using hole saws when making holes that have a diameter greater than 8-10 mm. It is also possible to make L-shaped cuts (internal angles, holes for electrical boxes): round the interior angle by making a hole with a tungsten tip.
