Versilia is one of Italy’s most renowned and beloved destinations, famous for its long sandy beaches, pine forests, and the breathtaking scenery of the Apuan Alps. In the heart of Forte dei Marmi, amid this extraordinary landscape, stands the Hotel Versilia Holidays, a historic property recently renovated to offer a contemporary and comfortable hospitality experience. A versatile and elegant space, ideal for meetings, holidays, or short breaks, it has been renewed through the use of advanced design solutions and cutting-edge materials. The renovation focused on several of the hotel’s common areas, where the choice of materials played a key role in defining the atmosphere and character of the spaces. The refined surfaces enhance the natural light and architectural volumes, creating a warm and modern ambience. For this project, the client chose to collaborate with Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, companies internationally recognized for their material quality, technological innovation, and strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
